Touching through the body is for me the best way of personal development, which works for me and has been verified by the work of people with anxieties and in complex life situations.
Sensual tantra massages that work in the widest level (and do not always have to be intimate massages) are for me the starting point and I recommend them to everyone from simple relaxation to various healing of the body or psyche.
And also to those who are looking for a deeper sense of being in life and want to connect more to themselves and also to the outside world. Tantra itself, which represents a spiritual direction, leads a person to enlightenment. But let's not look for complexities where they are not....Let's return together to our nature..
